“PingX Data”, “we”, “our” or “us” refers to the service provider operating the website and applicable services. “Customer” or “you” refers to the person or organization using or purchasing our services. Service orders, quotations, tariff plans, application forms and applicable service agreements may form part of the agreement between PingX Data and the customer.
Customers must provide accurate, complete and current information required for registration, provisioning, verification, billing, support and compliance. Customers should promptly inform PingX Data of material changes to their registered information.
PingX Data may provide internet connectivity, networking, fiber infrastructure, hosting, data center, cloud, CCTV, security, monitoring and related technology services. Service availability and technical specifications depend on the selected plan, location, infrastructure and applicable service agreement.
Applicable prices, taxes, installation charges, deposits, recurring charges, payment schedules and promotional conditions will be communicated through the applicable quotation, plan or service agreement. Customers are responsible for paying amounts due within the stated payment period. Applicable taxes may be charged in addition to published prices.
PingX Data will make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. Service may be affected by maintenance, equipment failure, fiber cuts, upstream issues, power failure, force majeure, third-party network issues or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Services must be used only for lawful purposes. Customers must not use the network or services for unauthorized access, attacks, malware, fraud, infringement, distribution of unlawful content, abuse of network resources, or any activity prohibited by applicable law or the applicable service agreement.
Customers are responsible for compatible devices, internal wiring, local network configuration and equipment that they own or control. PingX Data may not be responsible for problems caused by incompatible, damaged, incorrectly configured or unauthorized customer equipment.
Where permitted by the applicable agreement and law, PingX Data may suspend or terminate a service for non-payment, material breach, unlawful or abusive use, incorrect information, security concerns, or other valid contractual or regulatory reasons. Services may also be temporarily suspended for maintenance, repair, testing or technical reasons.
PingX Data branding, logos, website design, text, graphics and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Customers must not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit protected content without appropriate authorization.
Certain services may depend on third-party networks, platforms, software, hosting, payment gateways, hardware vendors or other providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and availability conditions.
To the extent permitted by applicable law and the relevant service agreement, PingX Data will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from service interruption, third-party failures, customer equipment, misuse of services or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
PingX Data may revise service procedures, plans, charges or these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms may be published on the website or communicated through appropriate service channels. Customers should review the current terms periodically.
These terms are intended to be governed by the applicable laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction agreed in the applicable service agreement and, where not otherwise specified, the competent courts having jurisdiction over the relevant PingX Data service relationship.
